Apple TV+ has released an initial preview for next year’s drama Margo’s Got Money Troubles, featuring Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer in the mother-daughter lead roles. The series is adapted from Rufi Thorpe’s best-selling novel of the same name and marks another collaboration for Apple TV with veteran writer-producer David E. Kelley. Official synopsis:
A bold, heartfelt, and occasionally humorous family drama follows Margo (Fanning), a recent college dropout and aspiring writer. Kelley serves as showrunner and writer, with executive producers including Elle Fanning, Dakota Fanning, and Brittany Kahan Ward for Lewellen Pictures; Nicole Kidman and Per Saari of Blossom Films; and Matthew Tinker for David E. Dearbhla Walsh ( renowned for Bad Sisters and The Handmaid’s Tale) directs the pilot and acts as an executive producer.
