They're specifically scrutinizing whether the company is using what they call "misleading and aggressive practices" to encourage in-app purchases, potentially even violating consumer rights.
But here's where it gets controversial... The AGCM suspects that the game developers might be using deceptive UI elements to keep players hooked and spending. Think about those tempting pop-ups, notifications about limited-time offers, and prompts about potential rewards.
