Jambu Palaniappan, Checkatrade's CEO, sums it up: "We're witnessing a pivotal shift in pricing within the home improvement sector. The disappearance of supply risk premiums and double-digit labor inflation, once necessary to navigate volatile markets, signals a return to historical norms."
